ELDS-Educationally Less developed states..states under ELDS are:All northern states including Cross River,Bayelsa,Rivers,Ebonyi,kogi,kwara states..their cut off points are almost 10 points below the merit cut off mark...peeps from the aforementioned states are likely to get courses like medicine n law with aggregates of 60 and abv...NB:Akwa ibom not included

what about natives of edo, r their cutoff 10points below merit cutoff?.. any special treatment or they're just treated like everyone else?

States under the catchment areas like Delta and Edo also receive special treatments...their cut off points are always 2-3 points below the merit cut off marks...Aspirants from these states are likely to get medicine n Law with aggregates of 68-69 if the assumed merit cut off mark is 70.

there is no Medical laboratory science for 2015/2016 session in all institutn.It wasnt even on jamb list durin reg.Hrd its cos skuls ar nt well equiped 2run dat course.#saw dis on www.myschool.com.ng I think a few months b4 jamb shaa.

#ijehkarison The difference btwn here and there is ''T'' which stands 4 Time. He/she didnt mk it dis year doesn't mean he/she wont make it next year. It's just time. Nd if u even get there b4 dem. Jst knw overtaken is allowed and u re to witness their arrival. So dnt underrate any1.

Microbiology has always been. JAMB didn't change anything. like the other guy said, most Universities cannot power such elaborate course with high technicality (though I am not sure if all Universities are involved). some polytechnics run "Sceince laboratory technology" e.g Yabatech. after ND2, they change the course to Microbiology. So, we can say Microbiology eggs Science lab. for polys.

bro, transfers to top courses like law medicine, pharmacy, nursing e.t.c is not a stroll in the park. there are also complications involved sometimes. your CGPA must be very healthy if such transfer will see the dawn of reality. I know your head is well oiled and you are up to the task. good luck!

Prospective students and students of industrial relations and personnel management(IRPM), pls i wanna know the courses we are to take in 100lv and in subsequent levels. hope we ain't gonna do much maths, cus im a person with a strange phobia of mathematics.... course outline for 100lv will be helpful.
