Do not move money around. I submitted 3 bank stmts and got my visa.

You are sponsoring yourself, 2 weeks vacation will have a high financial implication, the hotel bills and living expenses. This trip will take about 4 months of ur salary, if not more; lets say flight (150k), hotel for 14 days (180k) and more money for miscellaneous.

@justwise/Vicjustice,whats your take on this?
You've said them.

Hello sirs, please my younger brother just finished his masters in the UK. He still has a valid student visa that expires in January. He wants to come home for 2 weeks and return back. says with his student visa he works for a couple of hours a week and would really like to use the privilege.

Thing is if he comes home for the two weeks, would there possibly be any challenge getting back to the UK since his course is finished? or what would you advice?
Thanks

Does he still have graduation ceremony holding before January. If so then he can say that on his return.
If not he maybe hassled at immigration if his travel date is say close to visa expiry date

The best way to evaluate this situation is to consider whether (a person in) his personal circumstances merits a tourist visa. If YES, then he shouldn't have any problem returning to the UK. But if NO, then, there is a very high chance that he will be denied re-entry for reason of not having compelling purpose to return to the UK.

For d 1st and 2nd, it shows you did not submit enof document, esp to back up ur income. Then again it's 5 denials we re looking at here. Did you keep on repeating mistakes or dey hv picked on something? I also think you need to clarify the diff DOB on ur passports, dey wud hv noticed.

You re meant to state d refusals in subsequent applications. If u want to put in another application, you MUST BE SURE that this one will address all those refusal points and that ur circumstances hv changed. You shud check if u re under ban b4 sending in another application.

To check if u hv been banned, @Justwise said somethn about enquiring directly from Visas and Immigration.

How do we go about evaluating him meriting a tourist visa, his only just submitted his dissertation and yet to have the graduation proper.

Thank you once again sir

Do you have money to burn to pay his air fare just for a few hours work?
Will his earnings pay enough to make this worthwhile?
Or do you have other plans once he gets into the UK?

If you're a business owner as you've mentioned, then you do not need those documents listed above except you have a paid employment aside your business.

To apply as a business owner, you'll need the following.

(a) Company Registration Certificate from CAC
(b) Company Tax Clearance Certificate from FIRS
(c)Personal income Tax clearance from your state
(d) Company statement of account.
(e) Personal statement of account which can also stand as your salary account showing your monthly earnings.

It has become a known fact that even if you have 1Billion Naira in your account without demonstrating how the money was generated, the Visa Officer will still deny one visa.

So keep your questions coming. The bosses are reading and more willing to help should we the amateurs have no idea.

Hi Guys,

Finally, good testimony, i collected my passport today shocked mehhnn is not easy but i give glory to almighty God and thank you guys here for good info. and straight forward guidance....

But i submitted only my personal account (current acct) without company account, i remove the tax paper since the money in my tax paper (<100k) is lower to my claim income (above 200k) base on evaluation i saw in tax office when i printed out my statement of account for last six month in June, in fact i nearly postpone my application to December base on that but i use one mind and gather idea from Agent and different people testimonies here to make that decision, also i forget while filling the form that i apply for shenge visa before which i was denied but not stain my passport by stamp it but at the end i have my Visa back with "odun meji ni ilu Queen" cheesy cheesy

Dear members,
I trust we are all doing great.

I helped my sister with her application for a tier 4 visa and I believe she met all the requirements. However, we are worried that she was not sent a decision mail from the UKVI, she only got an email that a decision has been made from teleperformance.

Could this be suggestive of a visa refusal? After reading through the forum , I noticed most successful applicants get an email from UkVI before teleperformance.

Please has anyone gotten a visa without receiving an email first from UKVI.

Would appreciate your responses to help allay her fears.thank you

10 year ban means just that, 10 years.
But even after that they do not wipe the slate clean, your record has a black mark
and you will be under suspicion on any new applications.
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by tope777(m): 8:40pm On Sep 02, 2015
Good day to my boss in the house. Please I need following clarification.
- I apply for UK visa in the year 2007 but denied due to insufficient documents ( used copy of invitation letter...tourism)
-in the year 2009 I did church baptism which involve adding one name to my 3 names, but lost the baptism card same year.
-in the year 2010 I open a limited liability company with acronyms of my new name, paid company tax and obtain TCC up till 2012 end expiration.
-my passport with the UK denial stamp expires Feb 2012+ unused Egypt visa inside.
- I did affidavit of addition of name in the year 2014 stating the reason ( baptism) and also mention the lost baptism card.
-i obtain a new passport with my former 3 names + the additional name according to the sworn affidavit in 2014( a month after the affidavit)
-am married with 3 children and doing well.

My question is: I will like to apply for tourist visa in December, how do I put up my application? Should I include detail of my old passport or go ahead with the new one? Please I need some advice and tips.

Regards.

@tope777
Include your previous passport details and in the additional information, state that you added a name to your names then make reference to your sworn affidavit (very important)
