I agree that Israel has one of the best healthcare systems in the world. My family had some experience with their Medical transportation service from http://en.medassis.org/services/worldwide-medical-flights and the Hospitals in general. Doctors in Israel helped my aunt heal a very serious disease, and hopefully everything is ok now.

I think that Israeli medicine is no longer a leader in this regard. Now many European countries, States and Canada provide good services of medicine and medical practice. In the States it has generally become popular to equip your own classrooms with cool equipment and complete exam room to practice
