They hibernate when they don't have water supply. If the environment is as natural as it should be,they won't be hibernating.

The sales of snails depends largely on the shell size. The bigger the shell the more expensive it becomes.this is were I come in. We are into pure calcium production for snails most especially and other animals at a very cheap price. All u need do is put it anywhere in there pens and they will run towards it. No be joke oh. It helps the snail grow faster than u imagine. Archantina marginata will be ready for sales after 5months at 200 each, cos of the shell size, archantina archantina 7months also. For more and rapid egg production all snails need calcium supplements, u could Google that urself to believe me. It comes for a give away price of 200naira a pack, that can take u for two weeks with 50 big snails. It's it not cheap enough. Also we are giving it free of charge for first order for everyone any were u are in Nigeria, do you know y, because we are sure of our product and that u will call back for it. The issue is that when it rains, water from the zinc always floods d land I intend them to use. But not for long cos it clears few hours later. do you think the flooding will be hazardous to the snails?

Make a channel for the water.

If you cannot afford the galvanised pipes,you can use angle irons just like the one above. Saves cost but be ready to change them soon. Say in 3 to 4yrs time.

We didn't kill the plants. They were going to be transplanted to the new farm. They usually pick in 7days. They love potato plants cos they eat them and it covers the ground well thereby serving as a shade for them.

They are. They were just planted. You know it is propagated through stem. They usually look like that after transplant. And after about a week they look like this.

No. It ca never be too much for them. The more the merrier,the merrier the happier the snails and the better they grow.

I once kept a broiler chicken in an iron cage, chained to the ground and woke up one day to realise the cage and it's content had been vapourized overnight.

I had to search out this picture of our first farm to show those that worry about termites how we control them in this system. Check out the line round the perimeter on the cemented side. It is done so you can put oil into it,prolly black oil from the mechanics around. Its cheap.

Termites and ants don't fly obviously,so they have to crawl past that line before they get to the farm..

What if termites burrow frm d ground right inside the farm? Having in mind that termites could travel kms under d ground.

Those ones will be taken care of at the outside perimeter. The ground just round the outside perimeter will be treated once every month with fumigation chemical using a watering can so it can go deeper into the ground. That takes care of underground travellers.
