Why did the love get lost?
They obviously didn't start their marriage like that so what happened?Marriage takes hard work, sacrifice and commitment. The couple should work towards resolving their differences.

Can two work together except they be agreed? If there cannot be an agreement,it's the end of such marriage.

Marriage is really complicated, a lot of families are in same situation, family value, society norms, friends, church and children..etc etc..who can give proper advice on marriage? It's purely the couple decision.

You didn't state how long they've been married, and if the have kids. Sometimes, some couples do grow to love and cherish each other, sometimes the situation is irredeemable, here they couple might mutually seek for separation or divorce, or they might choose to be living as room mates, while respecting each others space.
