You'll get at shoprite or if u stay close to where there's justrite, they also have the non salted oldenburger i still bought on monday.

Congrats God bless your LO. Is the nipple inverted and has ur milk come in? My nipple felt as if it was not big enuf before my milk came out but once my baby felt the milk, she grabbed on the nipple well and fed now the nipple is bigger than when i first gave birth. If its inverted nipple, the nurses can help pull it out a bit but its very painful i did it on one breast in the hospital when i thought it was inverted but could not stand to go thru the pain for the second breast. Be patient, it will all work out soon.

The twins were 6 months old yesterday and I'm planning to introduce solid food. finally formula money go reduce
So I'm wondering if any of you can tutor me on food to give.

I bought cerelac yesterday but when I opened it, it was different from the cerelac I knew four years ago. And when I decided to make it for them this morning, the tin was almost empty. (thanks to my four year old who is currently locked in the toilet)

So which other foods can I make asides pap and cereal? Amala nko?

Its not been easy trying all the recipes I get here becos I work all week, take her with me for office creche and can't stop at the market on the way home but I now a system of cooking her meals on Saturday for the week, freezing it and bring it out when I need it. Thank GOD for improved light situation.

I have not started vigilante so far cos through out Thursday night n Friday she was sleeping. I complain to the doctor n he said its normal.yesterday night she woke up to cry but after mil change her diapers she slept off.it was dis morning that she disturbed me since she now hv d teast of breast milk,she wnt to feed n sleep at d same time

what were the symptoms? My son won't sleep without ac n fan together o! I'm just tired. When I turn off d AC or d fan, he wakes up immediately.

Pele iya ibeji, it is well wit him. But pneumonia is not caused by cold. It is an infection caused by viruses n bacteria. Dis topic was actually discussed on d 'ask d peadiatrician' group. Just dress d children appropriately 4 d weather, don't ova do it.
