We had the townhall meeting at igbo-etche with some chiefs from d oda part of etche. Day all denied being igbo. Day told me dat doe igboetche is very close to owerri and costs only 100 naira to get to owerri from igboetche, day still are not igbos.

Ok, Igbos in Edo, Bayelsa, Cross River and Akwa Ibom are up to three hundred thousand. Igboids in Rivers and Delta states are way in excess of three million.
Altogether, they are nearly 4 million, so they are definitely more than Urhobos.

Now the Efik/Ibibio/Annang collection are quite numerous. They have two states and they are not the least populous

Igbos are the third largest ethnic group in the south south region. If efik/ibibio/annang will be joined together, I think they'll be the second largest population in the south south. Ijaws are the largest ethnic group in the south south, looking at the number of states they occupy.

The Ikas in Edo state, the Igbanke can't speak or understand Edo( Bini) language. But they will understand an Abia Man perfectly.

Ika is not Igboid/ Edoid, Ika is and has always been an Igboid language. That Wikipedia page you posted was edited by a mischievous fellow, and was immediately corrected by Wikipedia.

No Ika man can communicate on any level with an Edo man, unless he learnt Edo as a second language.
But an Ika man can travel to Owerre Imo state for the first time of his life, and feel at home.
