I once announced that Rain is a blessing behind the power supply lately, but many thought a magic was performed by the President. The Rain Brought a cool weather and also cool off the transformers making overheating less. Suddenly the rain is withdrawing and the light is withdrawing gradually such that the "Up NEPA" chant is made with happy cheers.
