What error was on the girl's doc that led to her admission being withdrawn?.. Because from what I know, Uniben's correction form was put in place to solve such issues in the first place.

Admission can only be withdrawn when a candidate cannot provide evidence that proves that yes there was an error but the docs are mine.

People with date of birth issues have been cleared. Those middle name issues have still been cleared. Same appliea to those with missing letters in their surnames. Those with miss-spelt name have also been cleared.

So what error did thia girl have on her cert that correction form couldn't handle? That later led to her admission being withdrawn. I ll also like to know the year it happened.
