The blame should be on the architectural design, the dug-out of a stadium should be built in such a way that players can retire to the dressing room without coming in contact with the spectators (fans)....that is the simple truth. This does not happen abroad, ...not because the fans are not violent over there, but because the system/design makes this type of situation impossible.
