only required affidavits like "non membership of secret cult" and others. they don't accept Affidavit for correction of date of birth

pls does middle name presence or absence affect one during physical or online clearance bcuz I didn't fill in my middle name in jamb which also reflected on d post ume slip, but I filled it in my o'level cert.
so I'm swearing an affidavit of age declaration nd don't knw if I shud add the middle name or leave it.

I know of some one last year that use affidavit to correct his wrong date of birth in waec certificate. i wil advice u view the last year Uniben thread. d issue was dealt with there
