Graduates in engineering are in schools,banks and so on.These persons should be the driver of innovation and technology.
Infrastructure? No.If having the third mainland bridge and ikoyi submerged bridge,sky scrappers are infrastructures then I give up.
finally, I will not compare states in this country. The same poor infrastructure ,lawlessness, poor public services affect nearly all Nigerians.We are all struggling to survive within the current scope.
