What you have here is like a process that I like. It makes a building look good and well done. Its about having your columns done first and then doing your blockwall after it, then do your lintels and next floor beams and slabs. With this system, you take control of the straightness of your walls from the bricklayers and this reduces errors.
Its almost like doing a framed structure type of construction but just a little different. Its not as expensive as using a framed structure process.

You do windows or roofs is it? I usually call those on here who I have their details or who are referred by others here. I'll call when the chance presents itself.

I'm just the project manager, not the owner. Subcontracting can sometimes be like a cult thing, where the only way another gets in is if the first on fails on delivery or quality. You'll be kept in view for that time.
