Don't you think these odds are too skinny to risk money on? Though it's difficult but do you ever have a re-think Germany can lose this kinda game cos this is a valuable point for the Scots to move up-to 2nd point.

Staking big on small Odds might not be a problem, but the question, always, is - Can one afford to lose such a huge stake on an ant-size Odds? Is your preferred or chosen market with this Odds worth the risk?
The rule is simple, stake big on small Odds, and small on big Odds.
With a won large stake on the small Odds, you are in profit, though a small one, but losing will definitely leave you in Villa-Real town.
With a won small stake on large Odds, you are in gargantuan profit, and losing may not even be noticed, especially if you do a few bets of this kind.
Having in mind there is no guarantee of success, regardless of the Odds, which would you rather prefer?

They do matter. Barca for example may decide to not field Messi, Neymar, Suarez n co in a match. That will definitely bring about movement in Odds. There are a few sites, like forebet, where one can see Odds movement
