@dukeolumide: I gave you an amazing, unmatchable idea and suggestion to invest in but you ignored. Its on real estate. Not like the normal buying of land. And no risks on this because once a property is secured you are secured to invest aswell.

It's a good investment but my problem is what happens when one party is no longer around...people change, most times people around
