Brazil national team is built around Neymar since they have no reliable striker currently why wouldn't he score goals huh. Mohamed salah has 22 goals in 26 caps for his country( Egypt). Neymar performance for barca in his first season was sub par considering his price tag. Messi had to change position to RWF/striker/playmaker last season to give Neymar simple pass to score tap in. When hazard was playing LWF/striker for Lille he sored 20 goals and assisted 15 but now he is played as LMF/winger sometimes AMF for club and country how do you expect him score tones of goals huh. It's just like asking Ribery, Nasri, iniesta to score 40+ goals when their primary assignment is to create for the team. Any good player can win UCL in barca including hazard if he play there, thiery Henry is an example. Epl football is all about strength, kick and run( annoying to me), Neymar will be a flop in epl with his dolphin style of play ask robinho. It's difficult for a player to be consistent in epl except he is strong physically and mentally and Neymar lack this.

Neymar is a LWF/striker in 4-3-3 formation while hazard is LMF/winger/play-maker in 4-2-3-1 formation so if you rate Neymar above hazard base on goals I will rate hazard base on creativity, defensive duties, assist and individual award last season. Neymar didn't even make la Liga team of the year. Reason they rate him above hazard in UEFA standing, his team won treble and he scored 10 goals( though most of the goals are tap-in.

Neymar miss chances but the difference is barca create chances every 4 minutes unlike in Chelsea.

Ps: I'm not saying epl is better than la Liga ar the moment but the physique, kick and run style make attackers inconsistent.

Calm down bro, about scoring goals and finishing, Neymar beats Hazard hands down, there's no other way to put it, I think on football manager 2013, 2014 or 2012, he got scored 19/20 in finishing, Hazard got like 12/20 or so, there's no way Neymar won't do better than Hazard when it comes to scoring goals, its just natural, he's a striker who plays from the wing, there are many footballers like that, (I assume you know this)....such players can play as wingers and as a top 9, they can do very well, they have that eye and passion for scoring goals.

If u check football manager and Hazard's style of play, he can never play as a striker, a top 9, he does not have the attributes, he's best suited to the play making role, I hope you know Hazard can thrive as a central midfielder, that's the type of player he is, very very good on the ball, stronger than Neymar, his dribbling is like 19/20, he prefers to dribble and pass the ball, more like a young version of Iniesta and Ribery.

If you guys keep rating Hazard based on number of goals and assists he can get, his records will always be disappointing, let's be real but you can't underestimate what such players bring to their teams.

About winning the Ballon D'or, outta the duo, I think Ney will win it first and even more than Hazard except of course he improves more as a key match-decider and trophy-winner for his team.

Lastly, I want you to know, winning the PFA player of the year in England and winning same award twice in France isn't just by luck, it was well deserved, there's something special about him, do not underrate him just to make Ney look like a god, if he was a Madrid player, you won't rate him this much...They are currently deserving 5th & 6th in Europe, not like 2nd and 20th.
