jaybee3: and you think DSS wont come for him just as they came for the pastor that expose the bribe money shared to some so called men of God... https://www.naij.com/391318-pastor-insists-can-received-n7bn-bribe-reveals-more.html if you are resigning from a firm you don't need to state that your reason for leaving was because your bosses wife is seducing you. its common sense |

Kolade Christopher, you lied. why? You had told us before that your family asked you to resign due to old age that must not be stressed. Why this lies to gain relevance ? sio |

Re: Real Reason I Resigned From Jonathan’s Govt As SURE-P Chairman – Christopher by fammo: 12:09pm On Sep 08, 2015 |
jaybee3:Whistle blowing sounds like a good option, but when you consider National Interest, various divisions in the country, the sharp political divide and that lives might be lost at the blast of your whistle, you will pocket that whistle and keep quiet. The man was 80 years Old at that time, He must have seen it all and knows what such action can consequently result to. God Bless Nigeria |
Re: Real Reason I Resigned From Jonathan’s Govt As SURE-P Chairman – Christopher by jaybee3(m): 12:14pm On Sep 08, 2015 |
Demdem: Why should we be second guessing the reason behind his sudden resignation if he has absolutely nothing to lose considering his age at the time. Think about it, would we be in the same position if Sanusi didn't whistle blow about the ongoing corrupt practices enshrined in the workings of the nation's engine room. Yes he faced the ultimate price but prosperity will forever judge him kindly! |
Re: Real Reason I Resigned From Jonathan’s Govt As SURE-P Chairman – Christopher by jaybee3(m): 12:16pm On Sep 08, 2015 |
fammo: He was 80 but shouldn't have lied as his integrity is now in question. He didn't have to state the exact reason for his resignation but could have hid it under the banner of "strategic differences hence the need to step aside" |
Re: Real Reason I Resigned From Jonathan’s Govt As SURE-P Chairman – Christopher by Alfranco(m): 12:17pm On Sep 08, 2015 |
efilefun:But Mr Christopher Kolade didn't say the corruption noticed in those states on SUREP youth employment program was directly the handiwork of the 'drunkard'. Let the 'drunkard' be. How many people are even corrupt free in the major political parties of the country in the last government? Even now they are there as wolves in sheep clothing of anti-corruption but will never resin honorably like this good man. |
Re: Real Reason I Resigned From Jonathan’s Govt As SURE-P Chairman – Christopher by fammo: 12:33pm On Sep 08, 2015 |
jaybee3:Even without using "strategic differences" as an excuse there were insinuations that he was stepping aside because of corrupt practices of officials of SURE-P, how much more if he has stated the aforementioned excuse? To be Honest, SURE-P seriously under performed, it was a noble idea, brilliant initiative but it failed woefully, it never delivered on its promises. Refiniries never worked, job allocation was done along the line of political affiliation, the roads never got completed. It was a scam sir! |

eluquenson: Can you learn to be objective. Do you have any evidence that the Sure-P scheme is a failure. This is why Nigeria is in this state, without verifiable facts you condemn the hard work of your fellow country man and call their work a failure and joke. It's a pity that those with eyes refuse to use them. I challenge you to investigate and still come out with the same conclusion. Sad!!!! |

I like your courage sir. If u r not comfortable in d system u are, resign honourably. Good name is better than riches. As for SURE P in my state, it was twisted to a particular party. Thank God we r getting it right. |

feeloscar:And he was acknowledged credit for his supposed "UNSELFISH" act to the nation. So, you are arguing from the point that he shouldn't have exposed the supposed corruption, so as to keep his job. The idea behind whistleblowing is to show your moral values, not to leapfrog in the organisation you work at. |

Christopher Kolade must be a coward and a sycophant. Why did he say this then. Is he saying now as to be seen as a saint? it is very unfortunate. I know that Jonathan's Administration was ridden with corruption. It was among the most corrupt regimes witnessed in this evil-infested country. |
Re: Real Reason I Resigned From Jonathan’s Govt As SURE-P Chairman – Christopher by eluquenson(m): 2:45pm On Sep 08, 2015 |
light004:Sure P was a scam, all the palliatives was just an avenue to steal money, it's obvious and you don't need to mention what they did cos if he has done well with the fund...the whole Nigeria will see not you to tell lies here. |

Re: Real Reason I Resigned From Jonathan’s Govt As SURE-P Chairman – Christopher by Amucha: 5:01pm On Sep 08, 2015 |
why didn't he report back to the president then? The President gave him a mandate and standard. The Standard was compromised by his colleagues and he didn't call the attention of the president and didn't even include it in his resignation letter. I am disappointed. |

eluquenson: According to you, Sure-p is a scam. Can you provide substantial evidence to back your claim? A deafening silent! Have you carried out any investigation on their activities that led to your conclusion? So sad, the world we live in today. we should stop following the crowd. You obviously need education and enlightenment. you are among the majority that believe that Nigeria is a rich nation and the only problem is how to distribute the wealth for all to enjoy. You are living a delusion and a lie; wake up to reality. Google is your friend, do some simple research on countries and their GDPs and per capital income then compare with Nigeria. What's the total annual budget of Sure-p? it's just a drop in the ocean compared to the enormous challenges confronting the nation. The government can't solve our problems but they are critical enablers that provide the right environment that allows human activities to strive for a decent living. It's not enough to criticize but to be an indispensable agent for change, progress and prosperity. Mere criticism is destructive. Criticism must be objective and based verifiable facts. Do yourself a favour don't be like the crowd that moves by following others; equip yourself with factual data before holding on to any position. |
