There two types of step siblings

The one you share a parent with. It could be that you share the same father or the same mother. The other type of stepnsibling is the that you became family by virtue of his father's or mother's marriage to one of your parents. The child of that peraon becomes your step sibling. In this situation, you don't share a parent and there is no blood connection.

Sexual or romantic relationship of the former would falk under incestous relatinship therefore illegal and highly immoral. The latter would be legal but might be subjected to serious moral concerns.

To me it's not wrong in anyway since there's no blood relation.

@OP....well according to the Marriage Act,customary law and Islamic law such marriage is illegal. A marriage illegal if the partners are related either by blood or by marriage. From what you said both are related by virtue of the marriage between their parents.

well,like i said earlier going by the three authorities cited somewhere above, in Nigeria,no law recognises a marriage between partners that are related either by blood or by marriage. Such marriage is null and void.........what i said i wasn't sure of is if they met and married before their parents marriage and that's because i don't have any authority to back it up atm.
