Why did it take them 3 months to declare him wanted or bring him in for questioning..? Something is not right...how did this guy single handedly transfer such amount from federal account to an individual account..? .. Who are the signatories to this account...? ...who heads this ministry....are they saying bank didn't get confirmation from the ministry before making such kind of payment or transfer..? ...the amount been transferred is alarming...Honestly the head of this ministry need to arrested...those in the account also need to be arrested and even the account officer need to be arrested...if this guy can manipulate the system to defraud the ministry such amount...You can imagine how much the head will have pocketed. ...This is why they are reluctant to move all accounts to TSA as ordered by the President... 5 Likes |
