People will still work it but alot of pple that registered early will get one of the states they choosed if it meets NYSC posting criteria.

Judging by the status on NYSC portal, it clearly shows you've not registered using your data which was uploaded by your institution to NYSC database. So i would suggest you create an account with *gmail and then complete your registration using both the created email and a gsm number which have never been used for NYSC registration. #Best of luck
