That dose mean anything bro NYSC knew they had to provide enough number for PCM registering that's why they stated from 100000, and if we are more than 100,000 some will even have 200..., and sure we can't be up to 400,000.

we didnt say it means sumfin, we were just tryin to collate the numbers of PCM's that registered ysterday alone. . It doesnt matter where they start 4rm it all depends on the type of code d programmer dat designed it used whereas the limit(RANGE) will accommodate all base on previous census of CM'S

if the java app is good...click run this time and no to one security dialog box it wil show after loading the java stuff...then rob your thumb on your hair rapidly then try it....it worked for me since 2007...atimes it needs heat/ blood rush through your thumb...i hope it works for you..
