Don't panic,just reprint it from their site. jamb.org.ng

(3) Writing materials only ! (HB Pencil and Eraser). DO NOT COME WITH ANY ELECTRONIC DEVICE (CALCULATOR, PHONE, IPAD etc)
(4) Two (2) recent passport pgotographs
(5) A coloured print-out of jamb slip
Be at your venue by 09:00am. UI frowns at lateness and may disqualify candidate based on that.

To be on the safe side use white background

people are saying Safe side...... were is safe side ....... passport is passport .... dey only wanna confirm ur identity.. notin more.. last yr we were asked to bring 5.2cm passport dat w enlarge ur face all in a view to confirming u are d person or not..... dere is no safe side as long as u bring all dose tins along Jamb slip ... not jamb result ...... abi u wan tell me say UI made a mistake by saying jamb slip instead of original jamb result slip ni
