The venues of these tests are hooked up with constant electricity through out the duration of these tests. Lectures and staff that serve as invigilators will be given a honorarium. same as the security guards and extra police patrols deployed for the tests.

All these are achieved using the 1000 or 2000 naira applicants are asked to pay. I know that some of these monies are embezzled but the subvention these institutions get from the government isn't enough and these IGR go a long way in helping them solve some little problems..
