A number of sales I had intended to execute remained unactioned resulting in monetary losses. I HAVE CONTACTED MY ATTORNEY AND HE BELIEVES THERE IS A PROVEN CASE OF NEGLIGENCE & BREACH OF CONTRACT HERE. I WILL PURSUE THIS AGAINST MORGAN JUST TO SERVE AS A DETERRENT TO OTHERS. Though not planning a class case here, but if anyone is interested come with me. MORGAN HAS FAILED!

From my limited knowledge of mathematics, I thought it would still be cheaper to wait and buy all in 1 go at index level of 20000 than buying in tranches at index level above 20000?

If I remember clearly, when UBA was going up, we heard all manner of price quotes that it was going to meet zenith's price and it will hit N10 in 12 months time. Now that the market is falling, suddenly UBA's price is going to N1.60 or Na N2 sef Na wa really!!!!!

The question is did you know that the market will lose 3% today? Did anyone expect the news from JP Morgan yesterday. This news would have come in at any time and you never know what the reaction of investors will be.
