I didn't even know what the green card was up until yesterday! And I printed mine both colored and black and white.

The paper that has your call up number is your green card.

I did mine around 3:34pm today the bank I went I stayed like 1hour before it could get processed

Paying via cash in banks depends if the cashier can willingly register it immediately cos the Nysc website dull

I got mine pin 10mins after the bank transaction

Just be patient try checking the cashier tomorrow
