And mind you, Aba is not the best city in SE, infact it is the least in the east due to the problems they had with good governor so it's even funny una compre your "biggest city in Africa" to the least organized city in East grin

Ibadan is beautiful - I have actually found the distinct rusted roofs as part of the allure of the old city. Go to Sicily and Northern Italy and see how they embrace their ancient cities still using the very ancient drainage lines etc. Africans do not know how to embrace their own things. Anyone using rusted roof to insult Ibadan is an actual fool.

Honestly people need to do more of traveling, traveling is another form of education. You've never been to SW yet you jump at every opportunity to engage and comment on what you dont know and start in tribal bashing.

I'v seen many educative thread turned turned tribal war zone without engaging in an intellectual discussion. Well, this is nairaland where many hid behind their keyboard to display their folly.

I'm not from ibadan, I spent just 3 memorable years there and I can't rule out having a house there soon. Ibadan is a great city, I love that city. Government should just do more for them. Even
11 local governments is too small for that city

May we all rise above bigotry, religious and tribal hatred, peace

I did my IT in ibadan, you cannot come and be showing us the picture of KFC ( that is found everywhere) to deceive people here, the moment you enter ibadan, you begin to feel poverty.

Most of the pictures aresa is showing is eithera church, fastfood or public building. In oojo part of ibadan, typhoid is the order of the day because wells are built beside soakaways.

There are fine places in ibadan but its about 5% of the total size of ibadan.

You don't know more than 30% of the whole Ibadan. Most visitors and even some indigenes don't know more than 50%
