why r u guys still bothering yourselves concerning d numbering issue...hilsocial had already made it clear in his maiden post/comment/observation dat they(nysc) started d numbering from 100,000(for reason(s) only Chineke and nysc knows). so, just deduct 100,000 frm wateva number dat was given to u, then u arrive at ur position on d registration/register table/book...lobatan#

Yes 104 is better, just checked someone batch A call up number it started from 031xxx, I would have love to upload it but I need to ask the person but I will blank his name and photo if possible..

For us to to sure the digits the number starts from we need to know how many applicant nysc mobilised in 2015 batch A or what do you think ?

I was in cyber since 10 am, my friend finished by 11am with 106, dos pple lock up link so te i open new mail den finished around 6pm with 114, my oda classmate follow open shop by 9am with cyberman na after me she finished after trying 3 mails. Just thank God na analogue dem de use for u. Btw, i don block dem like MTN cos of posting.
