awo666: What is going to happen? You mean you guys intend buying match officials or what to win games? Or you think it's the one Sunshine stars have done this season, win at home by a wide margin, then lose away?? Enyimba would win it for the next four seasons before dropping the title for another |

Jaymaxxy:Tufiakwa!!! Must everything be viewed in ethnic line? I'm from Rivers State and currently both teams re not doing well. I hope they all survive but if they don't, i'll still support Sharks Fc cos I grew as a fan of the club. |

landinfo: From your statement, we can then conclude that Ikorudo is not in Lagos State even though, i know where you re coming from. Valencia, Villarael and Getafe re all from the same council. While Valencia and Getafe are in the City, the yellow submarines find themselves in the village. Btw, Getafe and Villarael, which is more popular? |

uduokirika1: Just seeing this now, stop arguing bro, the last home game ikorodu utd played was at Agege stadium and the scoreline was 1:0. The female ref officiated at the venue and i was suppose to be there but couldn't. take it or leave it. I am still trying to recall the name of the opposition. i now remember, it was against Ekiti united and was played at Agege stadium. the pix you posted dudnt justify where the game was played na. |

kel4soft: Ethnicity? I guess you are the one viewing this comment from the ethnic point of view. I'm only concern about southwest derbies which are always like war. The days of 3SC vs Stationary stores of lagos can't be forgotten. 3SC vs Gateway of Abeokuta matches are always great. Southwest derbies in Adamasingba stadium (ibadan) are always great and that's what I'm anticipating. |

Jaymaxxy:Alright fair play, looking forward to either of Dolphin or Sharks, maybe both (if they escape relegation) in Lagos. |

honeric01: Yeah their last game against Ekiti was played in Agege and that was the only game they played there. All season they had played their game at Onikan stadium National League debutant, Ikorodu United Football Club, Lagos, on Wednesday brightened its chance of playing in the Premier League next season after a 2-0 defeat of Go-Round FC of Omoku, Rivers State, at the Onikan Stadium in Lagos .With three matches to go in the National League, the battle for the sole promotion ticket in Group B2 appears narrowed to a three-way horse race between Ikorodu United, Remo Stars of Ijebu Ode and Crown FC of Ogbomoso, and technical adviser of Ikorodu United, Maurice Cooreman, is confident that his side would finish the season on top of the group’s log to land in the elite league next season. “We’re now in touching distance with promotion to the Premier League. The victory over Go-Round has given us an edge. With the current form of my boys, I’m confident that we shall win our two remaining games and finish tops to claim the sole promotion ticket for our group,” Cooreman predicted. According to the official table released by the NNL after Wednesday’s fixtures, Ikorodu United tops Group B2 table with 20 points from 11 matches. Remo Stars and Crown FC are tied on 18 points but Remo Stars’ superior goals advantage of +6 means that the Ijebu Ode-based side occupies the second place ahead of Crown FC of Ogbomoso that has +4 goals advantage. The Belgian tactician boasts of an enviable record of achievements in the Nigerian domestic football scene having won the league title with little known Ocean Boys of Brass in 2006 and Enyimba International the next year, 2007. He also won the Federation Cup with modest side, Kaduna United in 2010. |

uduokirika1: Not the only game, they also played some at TBS, confirm from whoever you can confirm from, remember Onikan is actually the original first bank's home and not Agege nor TBS. |

Re: NPFL Matches Return To Lagos As MFM FC, Ikorodu United Gain Promotion by honeric01(m): 12:07am On Sep 11, 2015 |
uduokirika1: There is nothing like home for the 3 lagos clubs for now, they use the available field of play, Ikorodu played more at Onikan and TBS, while Firstbank and MFM played more at Agege. First bank owned Onikan. |
Re: NPFL Matches Return To Lagos As MFM FC, Ikorodu United Gain Promotion by uduokirika1(m): 12:43am On Sep 11, 2015 |
honeric01: A reap least you forget Someone asked for the homeground of Lagos teams I answered thus; Ikorodu & COD= Onikan stadium Firstbank & MFM= Agege stadium So I repeat what is the basis of your arguement when you contered the above only to come now to acknowledge it |
Re: NPFL Matches Return To Lagos As MFM FC, Ikorodu United Gain Promotion by honeric01(m): 1:08am On Sep 11, 2015 |
uduokirika1: Nope, i actually said they played at Agege and TBS and you insisted they only play at Onikan which you came back to acknowledge. Anyways no need for long thing, they won't have to play at Onikan now that they are in the NPFL, TBS and Agege should serve them both (MFM/IKORODU) while Onikan should serve 1st bank and COD. |
Re: NPFL Matches Return To Lagos As MFM FC, Ikorodu United Gain Promotion by uduokirika1(m): 1:35am On Sep 11, 2015 |
honeric01: Stop dancing around this issue please upload a link or any prove of ikorodu playing at TBS at least I ve proven mine. Agege was just one match (last match) which might probably be adopted as their new home ground. But ur denial of them using Onikan stadium at all was what got me entangled with this arguement! |
Re: NPFL Matches Return To Lagos As MFM FC, Ikorodu United Gain Promotion by honeric01(m): 7:57am On Sep 11, 2015 |
uduokirika1: Denial? I didn't deny, i only said it wasn't their ground based on the fact that 1st bank had been the user all these while and that they have played at Agege too which you denied before until i proved that. For TBS, that is true, they didn't play there, must have been a mis-information. |
