The pettiness is getting worse by the day!

Well, no one opens a thread about a nonentity!

Barcanista has finished his game here; it was time to move on. Opening meaningless threads about that shows how childish the OP is.

Make una continue!!!!!

Nobody has called him a nonentity. If you could read between the lines, this thread is more about telling you guys how empty and unintelligent you are than talking about him.

Where is your thinking ability?

Who makes a thread of this kind unless a fellow that is suffering from some form of mental illness?
Grab it or not - You are pained to the bone. grin
I'm not surprised at your level of reasoning. If it was up to any appreciable level, you'd understand that this thread is more about telling you his fan boys and girls that you are just too empty upstairs.

But since critical reasoning is not a virtue wailers are known for, I'm not surprised.

I have observed that since the exit of the Protection Seeker (aka as the Chief Wailer and the Spin Doctor), NL’s opposition party has been in disarray and has shown lack of capacity to mount any serious challenge to the FG/presidency’s supporters on this forum.

Despite that he exhibited traces of obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) to create threads on anything and everything even if unnecessary, Barcanista is blessed with ability to force you to think and constantly put you on your toes by whatever means necessary. He had an equal ability to unearth facts to support his position as well as to turn logic on its head to attempt to deflate his opponent’s.

If he had been around in the couple of weeks passed, he would surely have come up with threads such as “PMB’s 100 Wasted Days”, or “PMB’s Assets –Who is Deceiving Who?” and would have surely done a thread to counter the “PMB’s 100 Days of Restoration of Sanity, Accountability, Hope & Lost Glory” https://www.nairaland.com/2567691/pmbs-100-days-restoring-sanity. By so doing, there would have been some semblance of debate on this forum.

But since his unceremonious departure from here, his fan boys and fan girls have proved incompetent, not only of having the ability to create quality threads that elicit thought-provoking discussions BUT have also shown their inability to engage constructively in discussions. Many of them don’t even know the difference between Excess Crude Account and Foreign Reserves of the country! Many others, in the face of defeat in an argument result to hurling abusive words. Yet the remaining few intelligent ones will resort to appealing to sentiments, pity and blackmailing their opponents using such words as “arrogance”, “proud” and “lecturer” to describe a superior opponent.

The greatest failure of the Chief Wailer was not his defection to the sinking ship of PDP at the time he did. It was his failure to leave behind at least a competent successor in the opposition camp to provide some semblance of opposition to us in the Progressives camp. By that failure, he has left a vacuum crying to be filled on this forum.

Going on a break from NL for some weeks will not be a bad idea now. Will it? grin grin grin tongue tongue tongue cool cool cool

Watch out and see those his supporters described above prove me right!

PassingShot:

Ol boy, stop fooling yourself further. ECA is not a component of Foreign Reserves. I provided you the components of FR from CBN.

You're just too dull to debate with facts and evidence. Just do the needful if the devastating effects of the election loss have refused to go.

Time for better thing for me already.

Ownership Structure of Nigeria’s External Reserves
Nigeria’s external reserves comprise of three components namely, the federation, the federal government and the Central Bank of Nigeria portions. The Federation component consists of sterilized funds (unmonetized) held in the excess crude and PPT/Royalty accounts at the CBN belonging to the three tiers of government. This portion has not yet been monetized for sharing by the federating units. It is sometimes ignorantly referred to as the reserves of the country. The Federal Government component consists of funds belonging to some government agencies such as the NNPC; for financing its Joint Venture expenses, PHCN and Ministry of Defence; for Letters of Credit opened on their behalf, etc. The CBN portion consists of funds that have been monetized and shared. This arises as the Bank receives foreign exchange inflows from crude oil sales and other oil revenues on behalf of the government. Such proceeds are purchased by the Bank and the Naira equivalent credited to the Federation account and shared, each month, in accordance with the constitution and the existing revenue sharing formula. The monetized foreign exchange thus belongs to the CBN. It is from this portion of the reserves that the Bank conducts its monetary policy and defends the value of the Naira.
http://www.cenbank.org/Intops/ReserveMgmt.asp

PassingShot:

1. FR or External Reserve has ownership structure of the federation (i.e. the states), FG and CBN

2. The federation = funds held in excess crude and PTT/Royalty accounts at CBN

We can easily deduce that:

1. The FR is owned composed of funds belonging to the three tiers of government and the CBN.
2. The portion of the federation is held in the excess crude and PTT/Royalty accounts at CBN.

Ownership structure is what is being addressed in the portion you guys hold on to.

Components of the FR is clearly listed as I have posted here already.

There really is no need for this thread. I think we should respect anyone's decision to leave Nairaland or to refrain from posting. Certainly people should be countered or supported for the posts they contribute here but I don't see the point in calling out any nairalander for not posting or for deactivating their account. That is their prerogative.
I'm surprised you failed to understand that this thread is more about saying the wailers left behind have NOTHING to offer than about the guy.

This is how I qualify them all the time and even the worthless protection seeker and running coward shares the same qualification too..

@ Topic. Very on point.

Fact is, they've always been shallow, mentally lazy, unintelligent and empty hence their thoughtless and uninspiring level of cognitive skills and quality thought process...

I understand you. My point, nonetheless, is that Nairalanders can leave without their choice being put under the spotlight. There are still many intelligent supporters of the PDP here. No one made Barcanista their boss or leader and it is a tad patronising to insinuate that political devotees of the PDP are in "disarray" because Barcanista left. You are an intelligent person and I am sure you will appreciate Barcanista main fan base consisted of those who come here to fight rather than to discuss productively. The bright Nairalanders who think PDP has more to offer will post when they have something to say.
