What you need to keep in mind is that you were not there, you don't know exactly what was said before the response. Jude is an educated man, he wouldn't just flare up without provocation. No matter what was said, for Soundcity to take down all their videos shows the mentality of a small company. Stars will be stars, they make their money one way or the other but for companies like Soundcity, the revenue stream is limited.
