Ahhh thank you,the biometric part is the difficult one,in the u.s they take all these fingerprints stuff seriously, i'll have to buy the scanner,yes i have a laptop i just need the scanner,i'll keep on asking u guys any questions i have..thanks though

If possible buy a biometric device if they don't have it and instal it on their system and make use of it or you look for someone with computer and make use of it but you will need to buy a biometric device to do your biometric and submit your form and pay online with your card
