I don't think they do unless the applicant knows someone that can help due to little consideration of outsiders to insiders which is the main reason they came up with "foundation/diploma".They are much more concern bout foundation than D.E.s,so any DE coming must be of excellent ranking I.e. First class in first degree or 16 point in Cambridge/A level.

1.how does jupeb set their questions
2.can i use olevel text books to study for the exam
3.*i want a straight answer* how difficult is the exam...so i can know what I'm walking into.
Like they say don't bring a knife into a gun fight...
Sorry for the long questions just want to know the lay of the land....Thanks in advance

1. All the affiliated institutions will send some questions to jupeb. Jupeb then picks d questions randomly from all d questions sent.
2. jupeb is an A level examination, you'll need advanced level textbooks. And also make sure you get all the slides the lecturer sends.
3. The difficulty of the exam depends on you.

-1. Already answered,questions picked from a bank submitted by 12 schools to Jupeb.However you will write 4 exams b4 the main one i.e jupeb.Each exam weighs 5% to give a total of 20%,while jupeb proper is 80%.

-2.Usually your lecturer would tell you,but "Economics:An African Perspective" by J.U Umo is quite good.I know this cos my bro passed with it,made 13 points.

-3.A common myth which you may hear is that d 4 initial exams you write are not important.Disregard it.Though they count for 20%,they set the pace for the finale.Do well in them,Jupeb will be a walk as you may encounter many questions you meet in your in-course assessments.Do badly,and...
