it is speed she is comparing not the processor. if you even watched the video you wilsee that the Infinix hot 2 beats the s4 in most occasion

You are not correct either. The Samsung galaxy s4 mainly uses a Exynos 5 octa 5410(octa-core) which has a quad core 1.6 GHz cortex-A15 and a quad core 1.2 GHz cortex-A7 CPU.

I wasn't the one who posted what you were trying to correct and yes I know there is a difference between chips and processors. The hot 2 uses a MTK chip while the s4 an exynos chip, they are both A7 devices.
