My brother, there is no sugar-coating it, u have pride issues.... Have u ever thought that the said manager was exalted to that position BECAUSE he has better managing skills than u and even maybe older?? Yes, u were employed bc wat u know is directly relevant to what the farm needs; and u are an ASSISTANT MANAGER, for crying out loud!!!! Please, do ur freaking job, cuz u must have APPLIED for that position urself and accepted its terms! now u have been taken, u are now complaining.....
