Thanks for the insight but what of the 4% he do tell people to add.

If you pay him the first time via this route, he will automatically add the 4% next time. That's how mine was.

The payment was send to him in batch, so that is the reason my brother just want him to confirm so that i can pick up

I don't think Chinosxl is being selective.
The update he gave me was due to my request and he promised to give another update when he is done with the list of those affected.

Yes Bro, I understand how you feel.
The fact that he has not replied to your messages does not imply that he has lost your item.
You and I know that most times he doesn't reply to enquiries.
Do send him another mail and include your name and item tracking number.

My suggestion.

Next time send legalwealth a link to your invoice. He can open the invoice and then click pay invoice on the invoice page, he'd be redirected to pay with paypal. And once paid, you don't need to contact chinosxl for confirmation, as paypal will automatically mark it as paid. You then simply click the same invoice link you received from chinos, and you'd see it marked as paid.

Ordinarily, by clicking on "pay invoice" on the invoice page, redirects you to paypal. You then sign in and make payment via paypal.

If you clicked "pay invoice" and it didn't re-direct you to make payment via PayPal, you should speak with Chinosxl about it.
