Accessible and quality roads can be built anywhere even it entails building bridges!

What is required is strict compliance with all Road regulations and the terminals should not admit trucks that do not meet them. This will force operators to obey.

Operators must have their holding bays and only come to the port to load or discharge. It is only in this country that transporters use the port precincts as a garage or workshop.
