at world level Okak-gbare is sh8t is becoming KAK/SH8T everyday ever since she got married to that he-boon. After last wor youth games I saw times of some young athletes in da women catergory and thought the likes of O kak-gbare r walking washing. Soon they will be NO MORE/slang.

I can't w8 4 Amos vs Rudisha battle so far Amos has won in da indoor games and other IAAF events. From 400m upwards/5000m I expect to see SA, KENYA,ETHIOPIA even BOTSWANA to take everything. cheesy

22 separate sports have been announced for the 2015 African Games, and two additional disability sports (Athletics and Swimming):[12]

Athletics,
MEN
SA to dominate at 100m to 200m, 400m. WE HAVE AFRICA RECOD HOLDERS THERE.
800m-5000m SA might win,SA will dominate high jump, triple jump, discus,javelin and hummer throw.
WOMEN
100m-200m nigeria women might get few medals here, while men will suck as usual.
400m upwards 5000m East Africans will take over. SA will dominate discus,javelin and hummer throw.

Paralympic Athletics
Badminton SAs trophy here
Basketball...Angolas trophy here.
Beach Soccer...nigeria might get a meal here.

Life isn't about football, yes we know SA sucks in soccer but we r da best in rugby, athletics, golf, swimming, boxing....SA IS THE ONY AFRICAN COUNTRY THAT HAS PRODUCED OVER 140 WORLD CHAMPIONS IN BOXING. Visit Ring Magazine from US or ask anyone in UK which African cuntry is ranked among 5 top boxing nation in da world. Lately we kick ass in CAGE FIGTING it looks like we EXCEL IN VIOLENT SPORTS.

Am not a soccer fan, hence I didn't answer ur question. Note: some provinces in SA don't like soccer, I can say soccer is big 3 or 4 provinces the rest like Rugby, cricket,boxing etc.

Usefulness of eating EBA, FUFU and AKPU

We started 9th then 7th, 5th now 4th.

In tennis we move to finals after beating Congo,,We will now Face Egypt...

There's no official medals table from the organizers but from sources in Congo Nigeria has 14 gold 27 silver and 15 bronze medals and currently ranked 4th. We expect more medals from Athletics especially as almost all our female track and field athletes qualified for their various finals. The Para events is another strong hold where Nigeria should get nothing less than 20 gold medals.

the last time I checked the white are still controlling south Africa the high brow area in south Africa are still occupied by the whites the juicest positions they still dominate the sport category
check all their athletes they are mostly whites infact the only sports the black are left with is football and they have nothing to show for it.so technically the real south Africans are still slaves in their own land.so the real southies have nothing
even in the richest African list,out of the 3 or 4 southies in the top ten only one is black dat is to show u how much of a slave u are @ kwametut
