I have also contacted Alli Selimat Bidemi, whose Matric no is 080301022 and a member of Batch A 2015, currently serving.

I have never registered on the NYSC portal nor asked anybody to do so on my behalf.

I’d like to know the significance of the questions asked during the nysc registration, about states visited. what does it entail actually. what do they need the info for?

NYSC is using that as a way of identifying places where PCM have visited and probably rule out posting you there.

do exactly like that, many people have the same problem, nysc is aware that such problem occurs. they will correct it at camp.
