I switched it on and while booting it got stuck so I quickly put it off directly using the switch on/off button.

So after I put it on again and this time the PC boot up successfully to desktop, I could not find all my saved documents ( ms word and power point, etc.) again anymore .

please I need help. Thank you

I recently downloaded and installed video drivers from a particular website which was succesful.bt upon rebooting my system it displyayed that [windows cannot be started normally which could be caused by a recent hardware or software change and it recommended me to repair, which I did bt ma system never booted despite leaving it for 10solid hours} any time I try to boot it normally it just keeps restarting....pls what's the solution to this problem....its a hp probook 6550b running windows 7 ultimate 32bits

Get Win 8 activator and solve the problem.

Immediately you press the 'on' button, start stroking the 'caps lock' button and observe if the 'caps lock' light responds to the stroking, i.e 'on' 'off' 'on' 'off' etc

its already late bro, those engineer had already worsen mai laptop prob, now it donst on again, only the proccessor rolling, they av spoilt it for me.

Go to control panel and user account then check you're logged as an administrator
