Please I need help. My infinix joypad 8s restarts on its own while I'm using it. And most times when I put off the phone, it just comes on by itself after a while.
I thought about upgrading the OS but there is no upgrade available.
I really need help on this.

Does the phone have a valid warranty? Send to Lagos, if the phone is outdated and has no parts, you should be given the option of swapping with another phone.

I googled your pad a few minutes ago and realised it was the same pad I handled sometime last month. That one was power problem. I advise you to be fast so the issue won't drag till November. If the phone has no physical damage whatsoever, you could send me a PM let me help, if you have no other alternative.

Factory reset never fixed it.
I have sent for the carton and receipt so I can take it to Carl Care Lagos since Benin denied the phone. Imagine the inconveniences!
