You don't advise someone change because of slow calendar, if that's the case no one will be choosing OAU. Its about the quality of education received. I assure you that they might even be serving at the same time. Unilag finished its 2013 session around march or so UI finished its session around may same year and the graduate of both are serving at the same time.
Bottom line, choosing a school based on fast academic calendar is bull shit.

If you have the money, I will advice you to grab yabatech. That exactly was what I did in 2012. I'm now a ND holder + I'm writing jamb and applying for DE with my ND next year.

And if you feel otherwise i.e. you don't want to waste 2years to obtain ND, then writing a new Jamb is good as well.

Guy, stop saying there is no mago mago in one skul or d other, am not even gonna debate that. Yes futa is relatively better than lautech that's not to say lautech is a bad skul.
But just stay on point of debate which is using calendar to choose a school shows foolishness.
Lastly na for your dream futa dey top 10 o. Don't forget its not a conventional university, You can't study Law, am not sure they study medical courses and economics abeg where u wan put UI,Oau, unilag, Abu,buk,unilorin,uniben,unn,uniport,funaab, even uniuyo and atbu. Guy futa is ok for just science student.
