your sec school has it , just approach them n say u wanna collect neco statement of result ..

For one who sat for the 2014 nov/dec GCE, how does one have access to the certificate, so it can be used for screening. I only have my computer print-out as at now.

Is it possible, for someone that beat cutoff (marine science cutoff 45.... scored 49) but has wrong combo in jamb (wrote maths instead of physics) and has not seen his name on jamb website, is it possible for that if I have someone in the school who can intercede on my behalf for e.g HOD will it be possible that my name will come out in supp list if he agrees to help me and will it have any repercussions?
Secondly, my combination is good for psychology which I did not choose or changed to during coc, is it possible that if I talk to someone I know and he agrees to help me in supp list.. can I see my name in that course even tho I didn't meet the cut off or pick the course and and if at all it were possible, and I see my name, will I be rejected during screening because I did not meet the cut off or applied for the course in the first place?

If you have someone who intercede on your behalf esp the HOD, there won't be any repercussion. Of course those screening you might stress you small but its just jamb combo and this is marine science, people don't really put eye on this kinda course but your o level must be intact.
Those screening you will not be after if you meet cut off or not, they are after your documents, your o level, dob etc, all they wanna know is that you have the right documents. No repercussion too if you change to psychology just make sure you have the right o level sha o.

I got to find out that HRM and IRPM are NOT the thesame course, as HRM has completely replaced IRPM, meaning IRPM is outdated and no longer in use. don't want to study an outdated course(IRPM)..advice pls

bro, you were admitted right? Why don't you do research on it. The job opportunity and what you can do with it. Bro, no course is outdated o, you are just trying to give excuse, it's not relevant.
It's simple, just create interest on it, i mean have the interest in your heart. But if you can wait till another year when you are even sure of the admission, then wait.

I wrote GCE in 2013 and I collected my certificate from the waec office in d local government of d school. Am not sure if all local govt. have waec offices but that's what I was told when I went to d waec office close to where I stay.
