Derailment of Organizational goals and objectives, low productivity are some of d consequences of indiscipline....

Ways 2 curb indiscipline: Setting gud example, effective use of rules, regulations & moral standard, positive discipline,creating suitable environment to settle grievances is also a way to curb indiscipline in d camp community

Leadership should steer the concept of discipline in camp and secretariat....

Use of drugs shld be discouraged in camp. Proper monitoring of CMs activities shld be done to instill discipline in them
