Eyop: na, I don't think life works like all those movies where a guy professes true love and stuff. When she told me, I was so tempted to start saying she should leave the other guy, that I'll do anything for her and all that good stuff. Then I thought about it from the guys perspective, like, here is this happy guy who has found this amazing cutey, why should I try to even convince her to leave and make him heart broken as well (that's if she'd even agree). It's sad men, but I guess I've now learned that one needs to keep the things he/she values close, no matter were you are. We started drawing apart when I left the country and I didn't really keep in touch. In retrospect, I think I should have kept talking and maybe promised myself to her, instead to having such a non nonchalance attitude towards her since I was no longer here then. I've already cried internally, now all that's left to do is to commit suicide or move on, both very hard choices  |
