For the sidebar, your theme has a widget area.... usually called "sidebar". Just drag and drop some widgets there... just like the demo site looks

cant log into my wordpress..as it is telling me about my browser not allowing cookies...tried changing my password to no avail as it the link sent to my inbox immediately opened tells me about something being invalid. this has being going on for months and getting frustrated

1) why are your top-menu item articles(about us, contact us....) justified to the left?
2) 2nd top-menu: dont publish menu-items that have no content. Its a thumb down for your site's reputation. Unpublish them, and whenever you have content, you publish.
3) there are just 2-posts on the entire site? duh. Content is king, never forget that.
4) what happened to your slideshow?

Two things will be the problem.
1. check your system date whether it corresponds with today date.
2. Depending on browser you are using, if it is mozilla firefox, go to history menu option and clear the cookies, if it is internet explorer, go to tools menu option, for google chrome, click the open menu and do same.

set your privacy settings to allow cookies

clear cookies
