Good am fam. Please my TECNO L6 has been writing unfortunately phone has stopped whenever I want to receive calls. Have rebooted the phone and switched off but to no avail. Please what else can I do. Tnx.

Goto recovery mode and wipe data and cache Hopefully it will stop...

switch off ur device, press and hold ur power button /volume + or volume - simultaneously ,then tap wipe data and cache.....

when phone is powered off. press power button plus volume up button together. then you'd see the wipe option

Am only seeing emmc . and that is factory reset. I didn't c wipe cache

Went there yesterday and they couldn't do it. Reason being that I have to change my touch screen cos it has a crack. And that d amount is #4800. The material isn't available too. Please is there any other thing I can do thanks. And is there an office in Umuahia.

All you have to do is look for tecno l6 stock rom and install it on the phone look for the tutorial too o. I'm Busy Now But Can Help U With The Tutorial Later

Yes but it seems OK now but I can't find developers option in d settings menu.

goto about device
click on build number 7times
then go back to setting before about device it should be there now

It's a virus. that downloads applications on phones by itself.. download any of those anti virus to stop it
avast or any other antivirus you know.

I really don't use any or I've never used
