I just know the rules of Alibaba, so still take Alibaba as the example. General it's FOB, so you should contact the Freight forwarding company in your country and inform that to the buyer who should delivery the products to your appointed ship at agreed time. The main question is that you need to find a Freight forwarding company.

Well since you have proof that supplier already delivered to him then it's left for tso to explain what is holding it back.
From a baby point of view, I've seen 24 hours express becoming 6 weeks before and you still pay the express charge and I've seen a week normal released after seven weeks before.
Though I've never met tso before but I'm sure he won't want his credibility soiled because of this issue so my fellow newbie please be patient even though it's hard.

The point of using these agents in the first place is to get your items in faster time, so why will someone come to say you'll get your goods in 7-9 days and next thing 2 months have passed and you're making excuses for him?

I shipped my item to his office in China, and ever since them, its been stories upon stories, he kept saying that customs are yet to sign the documents to release items, I wonder if his coy is the only one, I am tried, a client just sent me a text now to refund her money for the shoes she booked for... Does anyone in the house know how I can source for funds, a soft loan which I will pay back in a month. Secondly, is there anyone who hAs an alternative idea of shipping for less outside shipping by sea? Cos when I calculated the normal shipping cost using freight forwarders such as Uche logistics, the cost on shipping was too hhigh (net weight about 80kg)

I guess you misunderstood my point here. I'm not encouraging tso delays in delivery but my point is simple sometimes shithole happens even to the best freight company if anyone exist in the real sense from experience. I've used virtually all shipping company posted on and off naira land in the last three years and I've seen the good, bad and ugly. I'm sure tso isn't happy with the way this has gone awry because this will be the second or third customer complain on the same issue of late delivery but in the midst of that some have never had issues.
When issues like this happen patience will only solve the issue. To the owner of the goods I'm sure everything will work out well at the end of the day.
TSO abeg try increase your speed to Usain bolt though I don't know you but I've been in your shoes several times and right now my boss on Nland still dey on my neck on a 1M+ transfer taking too long so I know what pressure is like but you choose this path so play it well sire

I'll tell you a few truths from my little experience with children of Adam
1. Any contract you get that involves you funding it from beginning should give you at least 80% gain cox if it didn't meet standard you will know that your loss isn't much if they give you a chance to meet up again.
2. Rather than trying to produce or procure all at once try and explain to them that you will get a sample first then a quarter of the total units while they fund the rest because the major reason for not dropping funds before you supply is cox if you supply below standard OYO is your case.
3. Concerning soft loans this is my strategy is option 2 don't work and the deal is worth it at low risk involved. I gather my friends and I split cost price amongst them and we agree on profit sharing but make sure you get a well documented agreement from the company giving you the contract on the exact date of payment after delivery cox hmm hmmm
4. Oga explain to them if they need the goods fast based on the weight the price will skyrocket so let them know that sea shipping is the best option but you do this after you get samples so that they will know you are capable.
5. If those options no work and your gain is far lower than risk involved boss abeg no do am cox been penniless is better than being in huge debt oooo. If it ain't worth doing kindly hunt other contracts.
