I just did a factory reset of my Samsung galaxy tab only to find out that I can't download applications to it again. I am using Swift wi-fi and can browse and even access Google Play Store, but when I try to download it says "Error while retrieving information from server". Please what does this mean and how can I resolve it? |

your gmail account has to be verified again or just create a new gmail account |

lovely17: I had that issue truly and I had to create a new gmail account. This has not solved the problem. |

U will have to reload your OS I.e flash it, its a rom issue |
