All the legal fireworks at the CCT tomorrow would be on how to ensure Saraki does not spend the sallah period in detention which to me is a 50:50. Unfortunately for him, he played into the hands of his prosecutors by not utilising the grace of the CCT chairman to allow for his presence in court based on the undertaking of his lead counsel, Joseph Daudu (SAN)..... His declaration to appear tomorrow would be seen as a mere preemptive move against his arrest as his body language from the on set has shown clear disdain for the CCT.
That's my opinion though...don't know how you guys view it.

Saraki's adjournment at both higher courts which has left him no option than to 'choose' to appear in the docks tommorrow, signals another curve in the downward spiral that is Saraki's fortunes that will ultimately land him behind bars.

Well, that's your own opinion. He cannot escape justice on this one. Stealing is now corruption and crime has no expiry date.
