it is A4 paper containing the logo of lagos state, a passport staple on it with the stamp and signature of the paramanent secretary of ministry of special affairs on it, i got mine today frm secretariat alausa ikeja, department of the ministry of special duties

its not just about beating the cutoff for estate mgt , supp list is mainly about connection n mere luck .... its on rare occasions stuffs like that happen
